Commencing licensed operations in 1997 with only 10 employees, Roche in the UAE has grown enormously to become Middle East regional hub for 17 countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Yemen, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Lebanon, Egypt,Pakistan and Afghanistan, with more than 500 employees across the region. Roche also has an established warehouse in the Dubai Airport Free Zone. Working in collaboration with various Governmental institutions such as the Ministry of Health, the Health Authority in Abu Dhabi and Dubai Health Authority, we have contributed on a broad range of fronts to improving people's health and quality of life in the UAE. At the same time commitment to society is a priority for us at Roche.
