RODAC Development and Construction is a full service real estate development company specializing in commercial development, construction, and leaseback projects. It was founded by Rich Otradovec and is a solely owned LLC based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. RODAC is a member of The Association of Building Contractors and has ongoing involvement with the AGC of America.
