We are committed to ensure all our employees are trained to the highest standard. All our specialist trades are directly employed to ensure each project is undertaken to maintain continuity to the highest levels. Rodells work in conjunction with the CITB to provide a thorough training programme for all it's staff. All our staff hold CSCS cards relative to their specialist trade. We regularly review our training to ensure our Operatives have the appropriate qualifications to enable them to carry out their work safely.
