Rolic was founded in 1996 and its head office is at Gewerbestrasse 18 in 4123 Allschwil. The company's purpose as set out in the Commercial Register is the development of technical applications and materials on the basis of physical and chemical research and development, related services, utilization of intellectual property rights, production and distribution of materials. Rolic Ltd. is an independent Swiss limited company that is privately owned by Rolic Holding in Zug (Switzerland), which is in turn controlled by a hi-tech investor. As a private company, Rolic Ltd. does not publish any financial key figures.
