As of Sept 2022, the company has 16.6 Mn+ MAUs and ~1.4Mn+ DAUs, with each active user spending over 35 minutes on the app every day to watch Live streams. This engagement is driven by 15,000+ professional streamers and 1.2MM+ users creating content on the platform, every month. Rooter is the only platform in Game Streaming category to monetize with current ARR of $5mn (INR 3cr+/ month revenue). In addition, Rooter now holds media rights to the largest bouquet of Live esports content in India (8,200+ hours/ year) with their most recent partnership with Skyesports, biggest esports tournament organiser in South Asia. They have also partnered with 12 top esports teams in India including the biggest and most popular team- Godlike, who stream exclusively on Rooter, alongside 30 upcoming esports teams and popular game streamers like Indian cricketer, Yuzi Chahal. Conceptualized in 2016, Rooter was initially set up by Piyush and Dipesh Agarwal to build a strong community of sports fans around the world.
