We are proud to be a local business, working closely with our residents and communities to provide quality homes, excellent services and opportunities for individuals. We have a successful track record in working closely with residents to ensure that they feel proud of their homes and neighbourhoods. We are a not-for-profit organisation, providing about 2,500 homes for residents. Based in the Borough of Epsom and Ewell, we also have homes in other Surrey boroughs. Our properties range from one bedroom flats to four bedroom family homes, including three housing schemes for older people. We also have leasehold properties, shared ownership and temporary housing for homeless people. Our services include: Providing pathways to employment and training Supporting those affected by welfare reforms Increasing financial inclusion We are regulated by the Homes and Communtities Agency.
