RoSPA (the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) is a registered charity that has been at the heart of accident prevention in the UK and around the world for more than 100 years. Its vision is for life, free from serious accidental injury and it works towards this by exchanging life-enhancing skills and knowledge in the areas of occupational health and safety and public safety on the road, at home, during leisure and in education. Its varied activities include campaigning, carrying out research, influencing legislation, informing and educating, auditing and providing expert training and consultancy to businesses.
