We are an independent Chartered Accountancy practice with more than 30 years' experience in the Jersey market. Formerly known as Le Rossignol, Scott Warren and Company, we re-branded in October 2008 to Rosscot. The re-branding coincided with the integration of O'Flaherty & Co, another successful local accountancy firm, which had built a strong reputation over its four years of trading, and the semi-retirement of one of Rosscot's Directors, Peter Ingram, who had been with the firm for more than 25 years. Rosscot is headed by directors Colin Taylor, Duncan Stuart, Sean O'Flaherty, and Kevin Bates. Rosscot takes pride in its provision of the full range of traditional accounting, assurance and taxation services. Using the services of our associated company Rosscot Secretaries Limited (which is regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission) we are able to provide company secretarial services providing company formation, registered office and statutory record-keeping services to Jersey-based clients. In addition, Rosscot has its own in-house computer services department, which is able to supply, install and manage accounting software packages. Most work revolves around clients' financial year-ends and Rosscot works as efficiently and reliably as possible to help clients meet their legal obligations on time. Overall, Rosscot takes pride in providing clients with peace of mind, in the knowledge that their accounts are being looked after by a skilled group of professionals. Throughout the year, clients come to Rosscot for help, advice and training on bookkeeping systems, whilst others may need supporting figures, for example to obtain bank finance. Whatever the requirement, Rosscot's ethos is always to be approachable and helpful, with Directors going out of their way to make themselves available in and out of hours, ably supported by a loyal and committed team.
