The Roxy Cinema is a beautifully designed, art deco multi-arts venue, cinema theatre, cafe, restaurant, and events space, located in Miramar, at the epicenter of Wellington's film industry. A perfect venue for film premieres, weddings, conferences, parties and corporate bookings - or simply a great night out at the movies - we have an experienced events team onsite, as well as an award winning restaurant and bar team. Known for our cocktails, creative menus and food and film based events, we're recognised as the most creative little cinema in Wellington! Independently owned by Oscar winning Lord Of The Rings editor Jamie Selkirk, Weta Workshop founder Tania Rodger, restauranteur Valentina Dias and award winning mixologist Ray Letoa.
