From its humble beginnings in an old Brooklyn warehouse making "Howdy Doody" wallets, it has grown into a new, state-of-the-art 100,000+ square foot high-tech vinyl manufacturing plant. Employing over 150 union employees, office staff and managers and manufacturing over 250 quality stock and custom vinyl products, Royal is a leader in the ad-specialty business. Today, Royal is managed by three of Mr. Rudensky's sons. Each has worked their way up from every factory position thus learning all aspects of the manufacturing process. Each uses their unique training to manage a specific segment of Royal Industries. Michael, a computer expert, oversees daily operations, inventory control and finances and has revolutionized the company with a state-of-the-art computer system, Jonathan, a professionally trained graphic designer, oversees the firm's typesetting, proofreading and art departments as well as the quality control department. Ari runs the main offices and oversees the customer service as well as the marketing departments. He personally attends many of the trade shows and visits with the companies top clients enhancing strong business relationships. A classic start-up company, Royal has become one of the promotional product industry's most respected suppliers by providing its customers with great service, a wide and diverse product line and evolving online tools.
