RP2 specializes in the production of prototypes and small production series in plastic and metal. The combination of modern "Additive Manufacturing technologies" and craftsmanship enables us to make products of exceptional quality. We have several high-end 3D-Printing machines available, which we use to make accurate parts with excellent surface finish. We have a model-shop and spray-paint facilities at our disposal to finish the parts as needed. Unique is the use of 3D-Printing for making master patterns and molds for casting parts in Poly-Urethane plastics, silicone rubbers and several metal alloys. This makes it possible to produce small series for testing or as end-user parts, without the need of high investments in production tooling.
