RPP Corporation utilizes compression molding processes to manufacture fabric reinforced diaphragm seals for a variety of markets including the oil, gas, nuclear, irrigation, and medical device industries. While our rubber processing equipment and 100 compression molding presses are important to our business, it is our talented and hardworking employees who make it possible for us to deliver high quality, custom products to our global customer base. RPP is a true manufacturing company that converts raw material into finished product. As such, we have a broad range of employee disciplines including engineering, sales, quality, order management, accounting, manufacturing supervision, machining, machine operators and equipment maintenance. RPP has been conveniently located about a mile from I-93 in Lawrence since 1980. Most of its +100 employees live in the Merrimack Valley and have been with the company for more than 7 years. RPP has grown significantly over the past several years. We are now looking for people to join the team and help take us through our next phase of growth.
