RSD provide a platform both for Clients & candidates to find each other & make both parties UNSTOPPABLE, by providing a great place to work for the candidate & for the candidate to provide a great work ethic for our clients. We do this by matching our client's needs with our data base of potential candidates, if that can't be done we go into head hunting mode to find them & we don't stop until we do! RSD Specialize in 4 sectors mainly in management / director roles but will of course accommodate any client's needs. These 4 sectors are; Hire/Construction, Retail, Leisure/Tourism & Sales up to SD level. For all search & select processes we will interview, administer all necessary checks & referencing required including a 360 process if required.
