Rea Shaw Giffin & Stuart

Rea, Shaw, Giffin & Stuart, LLP is one of the oldest established firms in our area. The Firm was established in 1935 in the city of Meridian. In 1977, we opened an office in Waynesboro, Ms and in January 2014 we opened an office in Philadelphia, Ms. RSG&S is composed of nine partners, one of counsel, thirteen accounting staff and ten support staff. The Firm has demonstrated professional growth over the past years and is proud of its accomplishments and the quality of its staff. RSG&S is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Division for CPA Firms, a nationwide division of firms that undergo regular peer reviews of their systems for maintaining quality in accounting and auditing practice. RSG&S is very active in the Mississippi Society of Certified Public Accountants on the state and local level. In addition to professional organizations, Firm members are supportive of community and religious organizations and activities.
