Since the company's founding in 1984, to serve the pulp and paper industry, R-S-H Engineering has grown to a staff of over 65 multi-disciplined engineers, designers, and project managers, and has provided its customers with engineering services for over 36 years. Our company has significant experience with a variety of types of projects ranging from cost estimates and studies, upgrading existing plants to designing grass-roots facilities, some with budgets of over $400 million in total installed cost. R-S-H Engineering serves industries including pulp and paper, wood products, natural gas, specialty chemicals, energy, foods, metals processing, and investigative and forensic engineering. R-S-H Engineering's key personnel and staff have extensive industrial experience. Many of our staff came from industry before working for R-S-H Engineering and thus understand both mill and plant manufacturing process and also how the engineering, operations, maintenance groups and plant management operate. A sizeable number of our staff have 30 plus years of experience in a variety of fields including: chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, piping design, electrical engineering, instrumentation, control system integration, civil engineering, and structural design.
