Restoration Specialists

Restoration Specialist, Inc. (RSI), was founded by Elizabeth Traut Bosio and John E. Bosio as a full service restoration company in February 1990. RSI specializes in waterproofing, caulking, deck coatings, air barriers, architectural expansion joints, concrete and masonry repair, and restoration for general contractors and private owners. RSI has a full time staff of 30 employees including 9 Foremen with an average of 24 years of experience in the industry. RSI performs work in Colorado and Wyoming with most of our projects concentrated in the front range of Colorado from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Notable projects completed in the Denver area include the Tivoli Student Center on the Auraria Campus, The Pepsi Center, the Wellington E. Webb Office Building, Exempla Good Samaritan Hospital, and the exterior restoration of the Governor's Manson.
