RTS was originally formed in the year 2000 as a spinoff of the plastics division of Canbar, founded in 1872. Impact-resistant, non-corrosive, one-piece seamless linear and cross linked polyethylene construction allows RTS tanks to be used for the storage of most liquid fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides and fungicides, as well as a wide range of idustrial chemicals. RTS tanks are manufactured using food grade approved resin to ensure safe storage of portable water.
