Rushere Community Hospital

The hospital serves as a referral hospital for Kiruhura district with an estimated population of 361,300 people (KDLG Budget Framework 2018/19). The catchment area also includes Sembabule District and parts of Kyenjojo and Kamwenge. The Hospital is financially sustained through donations from friends of the hospital and patient user fees. The Hospital operates on a public private partnership module with the help of implementing partners.
