Rushing provides building commissioning services in order to enhance our ability to provide premium building problem solving services to our clients. We understand that complex integrated systems must be verified during installation and witness tested prior to operation and occupancy, in order to ensure that the Owner's Project Requirements, or design intent, has been met. Rushing is a unique team of Commissioning Professionals: degreed/licensed mechanical and electrical engineers, LEED accredited professionals, and a NEBB certified specialist and TAB supervisor. Our areas of expertise include: Sequence of operations writing, functional testing, investigative troubleshooting, commissioning plan/report development, installation verification, testing & balancing, O + M development, energy auditing, energy usage estimating, construction cost evaluation, control strategy optimization, commissioning specifications development, energy management control systems analysis, as well as systems design. Each of Rushing's commissioning group members have acted as commissioning agents on new and existing buildings ranging in size from small to very large. They have provided both fundamental and enhanced commissioning services for projects seeking LEED 2009, and LEED for Homes, Mid-Rise Certification as well as commissioning for the Master Builders Association Built Green Protocol.
