S&A Industries, Inc. has a single business, hotel, and resort renovation. As a leading renovator of premier timeshare resorts and of four- and five-star hotels, S&A is one of the largest firms in the U.S. and the Caribbean with this specialty. In those years, the firm expanded from its humble beginnings of installing tile and carpet for Atlanta-area residences and commercial businesses to its focus on providing every facet of renovation for its world-class hotel and resort clients. S&A has successfully completed every one of hundreds of projects throughout the U.S. and in the Caribbean. The company provides services in five principal areas of the renovation process: design/consult property review; project cost budgeting; procurement; and physical renovation. Physical renovation services include: removal and liquidation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment; drywall removal, repair, and installation; electrical and plumbing alterations and installation; painting and vinyl work; installation of granite, marble, and Corian; installation of porcelain, ceramic, and agglomerate floor tiles; and installation of broadloom, woven/axminster, and other commercial-grade carpet. S&A is headquartered in Suwanee, GA. Including its corporate office location, the company uses approximately 130,000 sq. ft. of operating facilities to conduct its business. This size gives us the ability to warehouse our clients' ff&e to be removed and returned or for us to receive and hold new ff&e until the project is ready for its installation.
