After received the concession from PTT Public Co., Ltd. in Private Mother Station Project, Sakol Energy Co., Ltd. was established by the co-investment of three private companies - Transuwan Co., Ltd., IMI Industries Co., Ltd. and Thai Alternative Energy Group Co., Ltd. Sakol Energy Co., Ltd. was incorporated on January 16, 2009 and has a registered capital of 160 million Bath. Sakol Energy Co., Ltd established the NGV mother station on 9 Rai of land in Chiang Rak Noi, Sam Khok, Pathum Thani.
