Saltzer Medical Group's origins date to 1961, when a Canadian-born physician, Joseph Saltzer, founded the practice in Nampa, Idaho. Over the ensuing decades, Saltzer grew to become the largest multi-specialty group in Idaho and a critical provider of patient care throughout the Boise region. The practice operates three primary, specialist and urgent care facilities, as well as three ancillary service sites, which include eye care and sleep healthcare.
