We offer a range of self help material, group work and individual talking and listening services which will improve your confidence, wellbeing and emotional health. These services are available for anyone aged over 16 years living in Sandwell or registered with a Sandwell GP practice. Whether you simply wish to connect with other people, increase your happiness, build your confidence or would like to learn how to cope with and manage stress, you will find something here that suits your needs.
