Founded in 1989, The SANS Institute is a cooperative research and education organization that develops, maintains, and makes available at no cost, the largest collection of research documents about various aspects of information security. They offer information security and cybersecurity training and certification to people all over the world. SANS is located in North Bethesda, Maryland.
