Saval

From the early beginning in 1925, Saval has always given high priority to the durability of its' product range. Saval products are made to last, even in demanding environments such as offshore platforms. As a result, no cheap disposable products that need to be replaced after a couple of years, but products and systems that easily last 20 to 30 years and can be serviced during that time because availability of spare parts along the entire way is guaranteed. Saval has also continuously had a focus on her social responsibility in relation to fire safety. Saval participates on many levels by taking part in different platforms, such as Eurofeu, Vebon, norm commissions, etc. Also on other fronts Saval takes on a social responsible position. Some examples: - Saval is the first sustainable supplier of fire extinguishers for the government - Saval was the first to develop a fire extinguisher with the 'environment friendly seal' - Saval meets the REACH requirements - Saval has the mark Safe Enterprise - Saval is a recognised training company that continuously offers quality internships - Saval has played an important role in replacing Halon with more environmentally friendly products - Saval Belgium offers socially challenged groups the possibility to participate in the labour market - Saval has a sponsorship agreement with: the Child & Burn foundation (NL) and the Children's Burn Fund (BE) In regards to the environment, Saval participates in various covenants to realise reductions of packaging, energy, and so on.
