Savia SA de CV (Savia) is a holding company whose principal subsidiaries are engaged in the agroindustrial and real estate sectors. The Company holds shares in Bionova Holding Corporation (Bionova), Desarrollo Inmobiliario Omega SA de CV (Omega) and Seminis. Through Bionova and Seminis, Savia is active in the development, production and marketing of seeds for fruit and vegetables. It is also involved in the distribution of fruit and vegetables in North America. Through Omega, the Company is dedicated to the development of real estate projects in northern Mexico. Savia operates both nationally and internationally.
