SAW is one of the largest employers of persons with developmental disabilities in Ohio. For over 40 years, SAW has been a reliable staffing and outsourcing resource for some of the largest companies in northeast Ohio. HeARTworks is a program that allows SAW employees to express themselves artistically. Their creations are available for purchase online and at retail locations. HeARTworks features artwork and gifts created by local SAW artisans. Just A Buck is a dollar store that will serve as a retail training center for SAW employees. The store will equip SAW employees with the skills necessary to be reliable employees in the retail environment.
