Schofield Care

Schofield Care is a not-for-profit long term care and home health care organization founded in 1910 and located at 3333 Elmwood Avenue in Kenmore. More than 700 clients, patients and residents are cared for within Schofield Residence, Schofield Adult Day Health Care Program and Schofield's Home Health Care programs in Erie and Niagara counties.
