Schott Roofing, Inc. has been in business in North San Diego County since 1969 with the office in the same location in San Marcos since 1973. Our location in San Marcos allows us to provide prompt service to any city in North County. Our primary business is residential and commercial re-roofing concentrating our efforts on doing quality renovations. We also handle new construction roofing. For residential installations we install a wide variety of roofing products including, but not limited to: All types of composition shingle Hot mop and torch down Clay, concrete, and lightweight tile For commercial applications we install traditional built-up as well as TPO, EPDM and PVC. We are factory-approved applicators for GAF Corp. and Owens Corning Roofing systems. Our courteous and experienced employees will provide professional service from demolition to installation. All roofing debris will be removed by our own dump trucks so there is no need for dumpsters to be left on your property. We will be happy to provide references and insurance certificates upon request. The company is owned and operated by Phil and Kim Curry. Roy Schott, the original founder, is still employed by the company and on staff. We are fully insured with general liability and workers compensation policies.
