Schulze Global Investments ("Schulze Global") is an emerging markets private equity firm founded by Gabriel Schulze and the Schulze family. The firm deploys managed capital around the world and currently maintains offices in Singapore, Beijing, Addis Ababa, Ulaanbaatar, São Paulo, and Tbilisi. The firm does not have a presence in the United States or the European Union. Schulze Global manages investments on behalf of the Schulze family and in partnership with a variety of other investors. Schulze Global views beneficial developmental impact as an integral part of its investment strategy - the "Double Bottom Line". Therefore, in addition to strong financial returns, Schulze Global seeks to generate, through its investments, beneficial impact in social, governance, and environmental matters. On a limited basis, Schulze Global may act as a strategic advisor to select clients in such areas as deal underwriting, mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, and asset management.
