Santa Cruz Volunteer Center

Community Connection is a nonprofit program of The Volunteer Center of Santa Cruz County that serves adults and families in Santa Cruz County. There are 9 adult programs and 2 family programs that focus on assisting and supporting adults and families with becoming achieving independence and improving the quality of their lives. We believe that each person that walks through our doors has a gift/s, and our job is to support them in discovering them, and reaching their full potential. Participants have access to a variety of person-driven, strength based programs that provide pre-employment, employment, education, community integration and peer support services that support their mental health recovery. Our programs offer the tools and guidance in maintaining sobriety, wellness and healthy lifestyle choices while connecting with their community.
