We own and operate our own processing plant and cold storage facility, which is located at 12 & 13 Frederick Settlement Industrial Estate, Caroni. We currently own and operate five (5) gourmet retail outlets located at St. James, San Fernando, St. Augustine, Chaguanas and Caroni, supplying both fresh and frozen products. We currently have thirty eight (38) employees all working together to achieve the company's objectives, and try to keep up to date with international market trends and industry standards by attending tradeshows and also subscribing to international publications.
