Semble is a technology and services company providing an online Peer-to-Community (P2C) Lending Platform in the United States facilitating low-cost loans between socially-minded investors and non-profit organizations. Semble is not a bank. We provide an online lending platform to facilitate stronger partnerships between non-profits and the communities that support them by aligning the investment capital of supporters with the borrowing needs of non-profits. At the heart and soul of Semble and its leadership team are several core beliefs motivating and driving every decision we make: We believe we live in extraordinary times. Many of our community non-profits are facing the "perfect storm" with revenues down, demand for services up, and access to financing either severely limited or denied. We believe in the power of "intentionality. By intentionally redirecting a portion of our investment portfolios to lower the cost of loans for our local non-profits, we as community members help our non-profit organizations expand their missional reach by freeing up currently available resources. We believe the Semble model represents the purest form of socially responsible investing. With Semble, each of us has the ability to directly impact our communities and the non-profits we support by investing in low-cost loans. We believe the Semble online Peer-to-Community (P2C) lending platform unites communities. When we invest socially, together, we are being part of the solution.
