Sensorberg GmbH, based in Berlin, develops hardware and software for the digitalisation and automation of buildings. The Proptech company specialises in solutions for co-working spaces, commercial and residential real estate, and self-storage facilities. Sensorberg installs access control systems and equips buildings with comprehensive digital infrastructure via which all processes, from room booking, temperature control and the opening of deposit boxes, to visitor management, are easily and transparently manageable by means of your smartphone or tablet. The intelligent technology can be connected to any management system already in use. The analysis of the gathered data means that operators and owners are able to manage their buildings as effectively and efficiently as possible. With the use of its individually tailored building solutions, Sensorberg can also combine different manufacturer and access systems, and dock them in the open IoT platform in the background. The Proptech company currently employs around 30 members of staff.
