The firm's work force includes licensed civil engineers and certified materials testers and inspectors, all of whom have demonstrated experience in the respective disciplines. Sequoia's 5,000 SF full service laboratory facilities in Orange, CA, are certified by Caltrans, City of Los Angeles and Army Corps of Engineers; accredited by AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory (AMRL); and inspected by Cement Concrete Reference Laboratory (CCRL). Sequoia is signatory to the International Union of Operating Engineers. This relationship provides its clients with the added assurance of having direct access to a large pool of available qualified and certified union technicians and inspectors as well as all services provided being in strict compliance with California prevailing wage regulations.
