At Serenity Retreat we offer: Lefkada, Greece: 'Right on the Beach' retreat style holidays on this beautiful island, with optional courses. For 2019 our maximum weekly guest numbers will be 16 (we're 98% sold out for 2019!). All rooms are for solo occupancy ONLY. Everything is optional and everyone gets a great view of the sea and mountains, with no surcharge for the privilege! A deposit of £150 secures your place, £120 of which is refundable up until 8 weeks before you travel. We have weekend retreats in The Peak District, North Wales and (new for 2019) - Buckinghamshire. Self Compassion is at the heart of them all, and for 2019/20 we've added a couple of 'Who Am I, Really?' retreats as well as a Winter Weekend Hibernation Retreat. Also in the UK: A New Year Retreat with the focus being on the restorative and transformative power of silence and self compassion - especially suited to those who have never experienced silence in a retreat setting before. Use the timetable to work for you, so do as much or as little as you like. We really, really mean that - we welcome extroverts, we 'get' introverts and there's always a home for the 'something in the middle overts'. Your holiday - you choose how you want to spend your time. Fundamentally, serenity is an inside job - we intend to show you that when you come and visit.
