Dollars spent with Sesame stay in our local community. Percentages are not sent out of our City, State or Country. We are committed to the York County community and actively support its many charities and organizations. Our Service Coordinators are Certified by the National Association of Personnel Services. This shows we have met prerequisites of and passed an industry-specific examination that is scored with objective criteria, subscribes to industry ethical standards, have been educated in the latest laws and regulations that relate to employment and shows a commitment to investing in the industry as a whole. Sesame Personnel: a division of Sesame Temps, Inc. handles fulltime placement at all levels. The fee for a direct, fulltime hire is paid by the client company. Sesame Temps, Inc.: handles short and long term temporary assignments, as well as temp to hire positions. Over 300 temporary candidates a year are hired onto our client company payrolls in temp to hire positions, as a result of Sesame's efforts. The blend of fulltime and temporary candidates enables Sesame to act as a full service organization. Sesame's long term knowledge of York and our base of candidates enable us to react quickly to our client companies hiring needs.
