The Grupo SETAPE was founded in 1974. It currently consists of three consulting and advisory companies: SETAPE Appraisal Engineering, specializing in equity appraisals of tangible assets; SETAPE Economic Advisers, specialized in economic valuations, financial advisory services, studies and economic projects (associated with brands & values); SETAPE and Informatics, specializing in information technology, developing control systems and processing assets. The company is affiliated with VRG Company - Valuation Research Group, which has representatives in the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Spain, China, Canada, England and Australia.
