Summa Fiduciary Services Ltd. is a Maltese limited liability company which was set up in 2003 in accordance with the Companies Act, 1995, Cap 386 of the Laws of Malta. It is licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority to act as trustee and mandatory as well as to provide other fiduciary services including acting as an administrator of private foundations as authorised under the Trusts and Trustees Act, Cap. 330 of the Laws of Malta. Foremost amongst the services provided by the company is the formation of Maltese limited liability companies, as well as assistance in the setting up and administration of Maltese trusts, the provision of trustee services and the formation and administration of private foundations. Summa Fiduciary Services Ltd provides comprehensive administrative services including registered office facilities in Malta, company secretarial services as well as the provision of shareholders or directors' services. The company also provides tax planning advice and assistance, tax and VAT registration, opening of bank accounts, payroll services, accountancy and general administrative services as well as advice and assistance on personal taxation issues. The directors of the company are: Suzanne LeGault LL.D., a lawyer and member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners and the Chamber of Advocates with over 15 years experience in the field of fiduciary and corporate services. Aidan Lungaro-Mifsud, F.C.C.A.,F.I.A., F.I.T. Dip. Tax. C.P.A., a certified public accountant holding an audit practicing certificate, member of the Institute of Financial Services Practitioners, fellow of the Malta Institute of Taxation, the Malta Institute of Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Having provided accounting services and related management services to a wide range of clients since 1998, Aidan's major focus is on assurance services and providing advice on direct and indirect tax matters. Ivor Lungaro-Mifsud F.C.C.A., F.I.A., C.P.A. a certified public accountant holding an audit practicing certificate, fellow of the Malta Institute of Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Ivor's primary duties are the overseeing of the company's accounting function as well as the provision of payroll and indirect tax advice.
