Please complete both the school's Affordable Tuition Program Application and the SSS Parent Financial Statement. 1. The SFWHS Affordable Tuition Program Application can be printed from the following links to PDF versions of both the application and the instructions. Please submit this application to the high school Admission Office by the indicated deadline.
