Shearer Supply, Inc. was established in 1983 and founded by Wayne E. Shearer and is the American Standard distributor of residential and commercial equipment, geothermal and ductless brands in the northern half of Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Western Tennessee, Northern Mississippi, Northern Louisiana and Eastern New Mexico. With fifteen branches, eight in Texas, two in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee and one in Shreveport, Shearer Supply, Inc. works very hard to continue the legacy set by Wayne Shearer. Today Shearer Supply, Inc. is led by President, Michelle Shearer-Rodriguez and Alex Rodriguez, COO. Together this team has pushed hard to build a distributorship that is current in technology and services that customers should expect from their HVAC distributor. Growth of the company has been achieved by many talented professionals that Shearer is fortunate to have.
