Sheffield Care Center

The Sheffield Care Center offers outpatient therapy services through the Sheffield Rehab Center. The Center is located at 100 Bennett Drive and provides outpatient physical, occupational, speech, and lymphedema therapies. Individuals who have sustained an injury from work, sports, surgery, accidents, etc. with a physicians referral will be served at the facility. Home bound individuals may also be provided therapy services within their own home.
