Shemeka Brathwaite, MSEd is a Career Alignment Expert and founder of Seeds to Exceed, a motivational education company designed to train individuals how to exceed above the standard. Through her signature ACED IT Strategies for Success System, Shemeka has earned a reputation for achieving extraordinary results. Meeting planners have described her high energy programs as unforgettable and her speaking delivery as stylistical. Shemeka earned a Master's degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University. She is a New York University certified coach and practitioner of the world's most trusted personality assessments Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Strong's Interest Inventory. Shemeka discovered her skill to identify top career candidates at the early age of 15 when she served on the search committee to hire a new Assistant Principle for her high school and since then been on a quest to help others to train others to be one.
