Shenzhou International Group Holdings Limited, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the manufacturing and sale of knitwear products. Most of its operations and assets are located in Mainland China. Some of its wholly owned subsidiaries include Ningbo Shenzhou Knitting Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of knitwear products in Mainland China; Ningbo Shixing Knitwear Printing Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the print and sale of knitwear products in Mainland China, and Shenzhou (Cambodia) Co., Ltd., which is engaged in the manufacture and sale of knitwear products in Cambodia.
