Shishya initially started as a practice of like minded tax professionals with expertise in direct, indirect and international tax based in India in 2008. Our Papua New Guinea (PNG) practice was established in October 2011 to meet the growing needs of businesses. In July 2012 the Australian practice commenced operation mainly to support the Australian businesses of PNG clients, By end of 2014 our services were extended to Australian businesses as well. We are ex-employees of the Big 4 Accounting Firms and have extensive experience and technical expertise in our respective fields. We have led engagements for global clients operating in PNG and overseas. We understand the needs of large corporations and set global standards for delivery of services. At the same time we are small enough and flexible to cater to the needs of individual clients and understand the challenges faced by businesses. Our philosophy is quite simple, we want to provide excellent client service and exceed expectations at all times.
