It actively assists the clients in the due diligence process, framing of Share Purchase Agreement and Shareholders Agreement etc. and the closure of the transaction. Shreem, along with its associates, also has the ability to assist its clients with respect to Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs), External Commercial Borrowings (ECBs) and financing for overseas acquisitions.
