Shui Ho Human Resources Consultant, Ltd. (SHHRC) was a Licensed Employment Agent approved by Labour Affairs Bureau of the Government of Macau SAR in accordance with the Bye-law and it was firstly established in late 2004. It aims at providing professional advisory consultancy and HR management consultancy service to all enterprises in the areas of labour importation, recruitment and associated HR management outsourcing work due to the emerging serious deficiency of qualified employees/ labours in all sectors under the swifting social and economic development of Macau SAR in recent years.
