Siam Industrial Corporation Limited was founded in 1973 as a subsidiary of Sino-Thai Engineering and Construction Plc (Sino-Thai). At that time the company was named Sino-Thai Corporation Limited with an initial registered capital of one million baht. The company was a sales distribution channel and an installation service provider of high quality construction equipment of KATO overhead cranes and TCM forklifts.
