Siberian Anthracite

JSC "Siberian Anthracite" is one of the world's largest producers of Ultra High Grade (UHG) anthracite. The company carries out open-pit mining at deposits of the Gorlovsky coal basin inNovosibirsk region. In late 2006 Siberian Anthracite launched investment programme to create a world-leading UHG anthracite mining and processing complex with annual production capacity of 9.5 million tonnes. To date, the company has upgraded and constructed new extraction, processing and transport infrastructure, created more than 1200 new jobs. It's fleet of mining equipment and machinery substantially overhauled and expanded. Run-of-mine anthracite volumes have grown by more than 4 times for the latest 4 years.
