For over 55 years, Sidco Foods has become a staple in the baking industry. Sidney Dinofer created Sidco Foods in 1956 as a restaurant, pizzeria and bakery distributor, with what were 2 mini vans and a delivery truck. In 1990 Jose Negron, previous operations manager of Sidco Foods and Wilma Negron purchased the business. Together they saw an increasing demand for a bakery distributor in the tri-state area. From bakery products to carrying a complete line of cake decorations, Sidco Foods catered to all bakeries. Sidco Foods has established long-term and wonderful relationships with their clients, many lasting since it was created in 1956.
